Decent brush.

I purchased this brush to replace one damaged in a hot pan-brushing incident -- it is NOT heat-proof, and it's not designed to be. It works well, doesn't shed too many bristles (and the ones it does shed are really tough to see). It stood up well to a couple of months' use in a commercial kitchen/bakery, at which point the brush head became detached from the wood handle. A good drying-out (it takes a lot of trips through a low-temp dish machine) and some food grade epoxy later and it's back in business and still going. The product is acceptable.
