This full-size docker is a plastic wheel dough docker with a brushed aluminum handle expertly. Solid design gets the job done

I picked up this dough docker when I decided to forgo my frozen pizza habit and switch to making my own. The five minutes I spent carefully pricking the dough with a fork has now been replaced by a 5 second roll around the pan.The design isn't pretty but the handle is a solid piece of stainless steel, giving the dough docker both a quality and manly feel. The plastic rollers keep my non-stick pan safe unlike some of the metal roller dough dockers you can find.The rollers can get sticky in between each other making them roll poorly and leave tracks rather than holes. This problem is tough to clean in the sink or dishwasher, but the device is easily taken apart and put back together with a couple wrenches and can be thoroughly cleaned after several uses.If you are a homemade pizza enthusiast like I am be sure to pick up this dough docker. You'll be glad you did.
