The bristle on my old pastry brush is coming off. Time to replace it. I look everywhere and decided to give this one a try and see if the bristle is shedding. It is pretty nice. the length of the bristle and the thickness is what I'm looking for. I went ahead and purchase several more. The bristle is soft and it gently glides as you brushed the top of your rolls. I highly recommend this brush for those who loved to bake.
