This is a nice pastry brush - one of the better ones I've owned. I would have like the bristles to be a tiny bit longer. But works and cleans up very nicely. One of the best things about it is - it does NOT shed!! :) I'm glad I purchased it.
not what I expected for pastries

I returned both of the rosie pastry brushes I ordered as they were too stiff for laminated doughs, and reminded me much more of a barbeque basting brush. It might work better on sturdy pastries, but wouldn't put it anywhere near proofed dough.
