I purchased these brushes for pastry, breads, etc. I am so tired of the wooden ones available here. My first impression was the "brush" wasn't going to stay on the handles. But they do. I am having to learn how to have a little lighter touch with these to prevent damaging my risen bread. That being said I really like these. The handles offer you choices. These seem alot cleaner than the wooden pastry brushes. I use these many times during the week. I would purchase again. Arrived timely; well packaged. Recommend vendor. I am so glad I don't have to figure out what my life would be like without AMAZON....variety of products and customer service is excellent.

I'm very pleased with these brushes. They do what I need them to do. I don't consider them heavy-duty construction, but they're fine for the average home kitchen. They stand up to high heat - like oiling a heated barbecue grid, and they are easy to clean. A good product for the price.
