Keep your pie crust from bubbling and buckling during blind baking by placing the Pie Weight Chain into your empty pie shell. Spread evenly over the crust bottom. Bake crust according to pie recipe. Carefully remove Pie Weight Chain 5 minutes before baking is complete. Chain will be HOT. Wash with warm soapy water.
