One of Rösle's superb kitchen utensils, this 9-1/4-inch brush has a dense head of natural bristles 1 inch wide and 1.4 inches long for applying egg washes, melted butter or chocolate, and glazes to all manner of pastry. The bristles' front edges curve to permit precise work, making this brush ideal for delicate decorating. The brush has a wire, rustproof, 18/10 stainless-steel handle with a hanging loop so it can be conveniently stored on a hook in Rösle's Open Kitchen system of basic rails and Gridwalls or hung on any hook or peg. I thought about getting a silicone brush but believe me there is nothing like the real thing, that is real brush hairs to absorb liquid and brush on your food, it just feels better and more natural.Very nice and highly recommend.
