I love this. It's actually the second one I have purchased. I purchased this for my sister-in-law. Some of the reviews says the blades are too flexible and unstable, but actually no matter the brand they are all a little shakey that's the nature of the tool. The longer you use it, you dont notice the flexibility and movement in the blades and it works quite nice. Just remember to hold it firm, don't roll back and forth and move it in one continuous stroke away from your body.

Sturdy, cuts noodles evenly.My only criticisms would be that it's kind of a pain to clean, and you have to hold it a certain way to get even pressure on all the dough, or else it will only cut the noodles on the edge, leaving the middle ones still stuck together.

I bought this to roll fondandt strips. It may work well with the inexact process of rolling dough, but it is way to wobbley to roll out precise strips of fondant.
