I got this to replace one of the wire style as the wires were getting bent out of shape on the cold butter. (Yes, I know use soft butter, well I prefer cold.) Anyway it works nicely. Sturdy construction, just like the picture. I really like that the blades are only on the bottom, so the butter is not getting all stuck up near the handle.Basic, but good. Sturdy.
