Works as advertised - great to stop homemade pizza from puffing up and turning into a pillow in a 550 degree oven. Sturdy, and washes well in the dishwasher.

lol typos.Anyways, if you're buying this, you're sort of stuck between this or a pizza stone.It doesn't make the dough stick to the pan after it's cooked but you can't easily transfer it from your sheet to the stone after docking. So, a prefer using a stone, most of the time.This does do what it's advertised and it's fairly inexpensive if you aren't strapped for cash. You could always use a fork. :\I like the spaces and pattern, 1 roll it all it takes for even distribution. You still get some bubbles but nothing major.

Oh wow, I can't say enough about this - I LOVE this pastry docker! Works like a champ for pizza and pie dough - it's so nice not to have to use a fork... The size is just right to store in a drawer. EXCELLENT!
