I bought this to use to pour hard candy mixture into molds. Works better than expected. Handles the temperature of hard crack stage and I was able to pour 2 cups of candy mixture quickly and easily. I have only used it for hard candy, but this would work for just about any application of candy making. Love love love it!!!
