I chose this brush because of the comfortable shape and quality bristles. I admit it looks good but is a very poorly constructed product. Each and every time I use this brush a few of the bristles escape and because of their color they are very easy to miss...even when you know it may happen and look closely I have missed them. The result is what looks much like a hair in your food!
